The time for getting busy is now

With the summer fast approaching and the spring only a few days away it is time we get busy take a few moments to decide what your goals are for you and your family; What will you be expecting for the summer are you busy working or changing your life its time to focus on the important things your personal health and your loved ones.

We all have to make time for ourselves and to choose health for our loved ones we can not ignore these truths and must build a road map of change a desire to get better and find a positive health for yourself to inspire you and to show your loved ones you are both concerned and providing a working road map to change.

We will begin in early May to have monthly meetings for my Private Clients services groups this will provide a backdrop to get together and motivate each other to find better ways to bring about good habits of what kinds of food we purchase and eat and now we have chosen this path how can we bring it to fruition how what we choose to do whether we start a routine of hard exercise and stop eating the foods that cause such damage to your overall health.

breathtaking-1180389__180   Bringing together our core group will allow us to discuss better diets and how we can network with each other for moral and emotional support during the challenges ahead; we will meet for several hours probably on a Sat  morning to discuss new improved information to share our resources together and build momentum towards positive change. team work makes its much easier to change our diet and when we work through these issues its empowers us towards a better you.

Amazing and wonderful news.  Today Jasper reached up and worked at grabbing a ball from his therapist today…Way to go Jasper.  I was there along with his mother and Chris when this happened.  It was not easy but he is working hard and will do it.

Keep your prayers and positive energy coming; it is working.

How Diet Effects your health:

There are so many ways that good food can bring about change just as bad food can bring about destruction, we all have seen it in our lives one day your young strong healthy able to challenge even your own best goals and then suddenly you wake up tired and look in the mirror and wow what happened.

Let’s see good examples such as h0w pressure and overwhelment drive some to drink and of others it’s taking food as a tool to overcome even momentary sadness and sorrow like chocolate i have heard and seen its affects on my life at moments when things seem to much to bare we all find a tool of destruction (T.O.D.)

examples; alcohol drugs chocolate sugar etc…. these are not quick fixes but actually gradual destroyers like a loaded gun of ready whip and a spoon of fudge suddenly : you can’t button your jeans and you go to your yearly doctor’s appointment and he says wow you put on a few pounds blood pressure is abit high oh and by the way your swelling legs is from poor circulation due to you trying to wear the same old size 4 when you are clearly a size 12;

Now there are even more things to worry about in the sixties and early seventies there still were independent farmers who didn’t buy into the corporate farm takeovers and your bag of wheat was just that healthy  hearty wheat or barley. Not any more now the Monsanto take

Being Real: How the Universe Works:

Well it’s been 17 days since Jasper fell to the floor into convulsions and into a Coma, in that time all those who loved and cared about him have been running on empty trying to drive the forces of nature to bring him back.  Most of us spend our time in deep thought not even aware of the foolish things most of our lives are wasted on arguing about things that have no relevance or real importance to us in the larger picture.

Julianne his mother is an amazing gifted musician who has played haunting sounds on her violin across America and Europe she with her beautiful blue eyes and enchanting voice who takes her life so seriously teaches music to children in Brooklyn, New York. I have heard her play and seen some of the events she has participated in at the likes of Lincoln Center and travel to eur0pe to Italy just this last summer what a precious creature she is; and here we are sitting in a box clouded with a tragic moment; Her son a wonderful smart musician himself…he loves the guitar.  Our prayers are building up along with the vibration of the universe to bring him back to us safe and sound, body mind and spirit.   We await each day his opening his eyes and acknowledging he wants to come home and spend time with family and friends.

In the world we live in it seems that no value is placed on important matters the rich and powerful ignore the huge support team below there golden gates without which their lives would toil in sorrow; how many of these people have traveled to after parties and limos to see her and listen to her play some of the most enchanting music in history and they have no idea the huge struggles that this treasure is facing each day with the hospital and her son. I would love to know how to get those people to step up and send flowers and cards of get well especially all those who in Metro New York who have seen and love her music to send so many flowers to Bellevue Hospital ICU that it looks like holland’s flower market.

Since the Universe is a Matrix and we all live on this huge beautiful planet it’s time we start to use the real power; the problems we face every day are because those same powerful people know that war death and violence keep us down burdened with sorrows that we can’t even understand we go through our days after that morning paper drowning in a deep fog of despair how can we change this how can we cope well first of all it’s time to shut off the violent video games and seek time to share with family without that ugly input to the matrix of our incredible human capacity to grow and develop into creatures far more intelligent and bold in a Universe vast and wide and the simple fact the underlying truth that if we all thought about love and compassion this world would change in a blink of the eye’s.

ITs great to see some of the advances in the world especially in the area of understanding to see the knowledge of ancient civilizations that were here millions of years ago to dispel the lies we have been trained to believe how can a Sphinx be 2 times the age of the great pyramids 50 thousand years before they were built how can we find ancient giant skeletons in a world that tells us no such things exist as they scurry to hide them in some box rather huge box away from the public eyes. This just to keep up the lies the huge advances in underwater tech show us giant temples and pyramids 18 thousand feet below the surface of the sea. and all our governments want is us to worry about terror what terror is worse than letting millions of humans starve to death from lack of food when in countries like america we throw tons of food away every day.

Wow i can get carried away back to thought if the proofs of science are true that above the earth in the magnetosphere all the species of earth have a link together they vibrate with a common frequency and communication is on a global level sadly over the last ten to twenty years entire species of mammals have been wiped out and there connections shut down we need to work harder as humans to connect and protect the energy and life on this planet maybe the huge numbers of UFO and USO are here because they won’t allow us to destroy this mecca in the center of the milky way sure there could be other places like earth but we shouldn’t allow the destruction of this one so the powerful insist they will use all the resources to take their loved ones to a far off one instead of protecting this one right under there feet.

Lets do an experiment Jasper is at Bellevue Hospital in a Coma he needs to know he is loved and come back so his family and all those who care can be part of his amazing life ahead so we all should send our thoughts and [prayers to him and his loved ones. to his mother Julie prayers for the huge efforts she has provided to our your children teaching them music in park slope Brooklyn for years. We all should take one hour  a day say in the evening to think positive and caring thoughts about this `16 year old Jasper to get well to come out of a coma being healthy and complete able to go forward with all the passion and drive i knew he has since he was a child let’s also send lots of flowers to the hospital for jasper so the doctors and staff take real notice and treat him like the president care for him with love and such concern let’s do this for the next week and see the amazing wonderful power that is free to us when we think on the same mental thoughts, and also tell our children to stop the violent video games for just one week to see how the profound effects can happen when we were children there were no such evil violent videos we went out to play  with our friends or go to the beach not sit eat and murder on video games this  is insane so for one week we vow to focus all our energy on good things positive thoughts for jasper and his amazing mother Julie the family and friends who care about him so that we can tap into that powerful magnetic field high above earth and bring about change proof and this child back from the shadow world of a coma with stories that will make us smile and proof that we can do so much if we just focus our positive thoughts and love on good.

Rules to live by:your future and healthy choices

the majority of these scenes play out across the america in every h0me from the same ritual each day then twice on the weekend. we must face it the bad school of thought is already working hard to destroy any guidance you have provided your children from the day they can walk. before you can force change the problem is over the top.dragons of mystery gothic

Choices need to be made for the right reason we want to be healthy and live a life full and without concerns about illness pain and sorrow we want to grab the bull by the horns and learn the right way to choose foods we eat and how to keep that diet working and the body young and healthy feeling even into your late years if you choose the right food the effects will last long after you have retired i have met people in their ninties who had more energy than some middle aged adultsyour future and healthy choices

Its hard to change old habits and bring about a new style of life especially as the pressures of life press against us from all sides. bold new paths can become reality if we take the time to look within and choose carefully about what we want and how to get there one day one meal at a time choosing good health is two fold success because even if you work hard and make a good living you will still need to be healthy enough to enjoy it for many years to come.

 

Picture the old days when people only lived about forty years because of the facts of poor food hard and even worse living conditions we all have to see the incredible opportunity we have to live in a time when choices of good health are much easier to learn and live by.

Prayers for Jasper Feb 23rd 2016

Yesterday we were observing what looks like eye contact.  his eyes did not quite follow us but you could see a spark of connection with several people he looked at; especially his mother.  I stood there with 2 other people and he appeared to be focusing on each of us as individuals when we each stood in front of him.  he at times blinked as requested to with questions regarding yes and no or an action required; such as if you can here me blink, or if you want me to do this…blink and he did.  The connection is not consistent, but it is appearing for short periods of as much as perhaps a minute at a time then goes away for long periods of time.  The good news is that this response was not there before; so this is great progress.

Please ask your friends, relatives and whoever else you know to join in the prayers and good energies going out to continue to help Jasper on his journey back home. Body ,mind and spirit.  Also please post comments that are loving and encouraging so we can relate the comments to him.  We believe that he hears us and understands us.  Thank you all for your continued love, support, encouragement and healing energies.  Rebecca
