Making good use of your time

Rules to live by:your future and healthy choices

  • Get lots of rest so you can think and function clearly
  • Eat a healthy diet with lots of really great Grander treated water and organic food. Ignore fast and processed foods at all costs
  • keep a journal of what you’re doing and how you feel with what you are doing so we can discuss those times when you choose the wrong foods.
  •  feel free to call and ask questions as my goal is to be here for you and give you good advice about diet and choices
  • try to get exercise each day  whether a few hours or a short walk we all need to keep our energy up and blood pumping.  Fresh air and sunshine are wonderful for you
  • we will try to set up a schedule so you can begin to use the Bemer circulation and lymph stimulator as its value is beyond words to your micro circulation.
  • take time each day to think of new ways to build your inner strength with positive thinking and actions also help your body as the good diet changes bring new health benefits into your life one meal and positive event at a time
  • get others involved it’s always easier to do something when you have help keeping to your goals.  make the cooperative efforts fun.
  • think about joining  a yoga or gym or take a walk in the park to get yourself out into the sky, air, sun and nature at least a few times a week
  • think of choosing new types of food that we can suggest for the value and good effect they bring your body such as high healthy fats  for your brain and neurological system, and phyto nutrients for your hormone producing organs and systems such as
  • Avocados
  • coconut oil
  • fresh fatty non gmo fishes from unpolluted waters like salmon, sardines and bluefish.
  • String beans
  • If you have Kidney, thyroid, memory, arthritis, celiac or other digestive issues know which foods including vegetables and fruits to avoid and which to eat to regain or maintain your well being.
  • For instance avoid the nightshades and solanacea (solanine) containing vegetables and fruits such as potatoes, tomatoes, sweet peppers of all colors, eggplants and a few others.  If you e-mail us we will send you a list. 
  • Some argue that these fruits and vegetables have no effects on arthritis, muscle and ligament pain.  As a person who experiences the effects of these foods directly…I absolutely disagree…stay AWAY from them.  You will feel better.  You have nothing to lose to try it.waterfalls-1150068__180

 

Let’s make this a long term change one that brings you good health and provides you the vested visual of the good that you are doing by taking before and after pictures once or twice a week to keep you motivated by the visual image of how your changes in diet have affected your body mass.glass-1149192__180
