How Diet Effects your health:

There are so many ways that good food can bring about change just as bad food can bring about destruction, we all have seen it in our lives one day your young strong healthy able to challenge even your own best goals and then suddenly you wake up tired and look in the mirror and wow what happened.

Let’s see good examples such as h0w pressure and overwhelment drive some to drink and of others it’s taking food as a tool to overcome even momentary sadness and sorrow like chocolate i have heard and seen its affects on my life at moments when things seem to much to bare we all find a tool of destruction (T.O.D.)

examples; alcohol drugs chocolate sugar etc…. these are not quick fixes but actually gradual destroyers like a loaded gun of ready whip and a spoon of fudge suddenly : you can’t button your jeans and you go to your yearly doctor’s appointment and he says wow you put on a few pounds blood pressure is abit high oh and by the way your swelling legs is from poor circulation due to you trying to wear the same old size 4 when you are clearly a size 12;

Now there are even more things to worry about in the sixties and early seventies there still were independent farmers who didn’t buy into the corporate farm takeovers and your bag of wheat was just that healthy  hearty wheat or barley. Not any more now the Monsanto take
