In this life its hard to choose our path and in the daily grind we can sometimes be overwhelmed and the stress turns on that bad little inner self oh lets eat something really sweet and forget all the hard work that has gone into getting healthy over the last two years. building that positive road map and traveling that  hard road all the choices to find good food that was a positive outcrop on a long self destructive diet that most of us fell into. broad decisions and hard choices of change we want to eat what we want when we want it most of us can never remember how we started to choose bad foods over good foods. im not talking about low fat chicken breast without skin and a salad; rather i am talking about a giant burger medium rare with lots of cheese on it and maybe some sweet peas no bread maybe a lettuce wrap.health on my mind

fishing for that healthy diet or changing the one your on because you have a sudden health problem that is making life hard to bare from inner issues of sugar or liver maybe kidney we all face that time when our organs begin to need attention a influx of healthy choices like supplements that can repair your inner being and provide the much needed   health burst to bring back that vigor and vitality.breathtaking-1180389__180

The skills we are not taught in school of why we have to eat certain foods and what they do to your inner body infact i can’t remember one class where we learned about what to have as a food to eat and why only that cakes and cookies were good for children so throw a temper tantrum so you can force your frustrated parents to give in and buy those pesky sweets right at the counter before checkout at the store. how nice they were designed to do two things one provide a sugar burst and also because children seem to want to ignore brushing their teeth late at night when the sugar is destroying your teeth from the second you devour that candy till you wake and are ordered to brush your teeth before school. health on my mind

so two jobs in one sugar to poison your children and a fight once they are all hyper from the sugar about brushing their teeth before bed because they are throwing another temper tantrum because they want to stay up late to watch the horror movies on TV. how sad indeed.

the majority of these scenes play out across the america in every h0me from the same ritual each day then twice on the weekend. we must face it the bad school of thought is already working hard to destroy any guidance you have provided your children from the day they can walk. before you can force change the problem is over the top.dragons of mystery gothic

Choices need to be made for the right reason we want to be healthy and live a life full and without concerns about illness pain and sorrow we want to grab the bull by the horns and learn the right way to choose foods we eat and how to keep that diet working and the body young and healthy feeling even into your late years if you choose the right food the effects will last long after you have retired i have met people in their ninties who had more energy than some middle aged adultsyour future and healthy choices

Its hard to change old habits and bring about a new style of life especially as the pressures of life press against us from all sides. bold new paths can become reality if we take the time to look within and choose carefully about what we want and how to get there one day one meal at a time choosing good health is two fold success because even if you work hard and make a good living you will still need to be healthy enough to enjoy it for many years to come.

 

Picture the old days when people only lived about forty years because of the facts of poor food hard and even worse living conditions we all have to see the incredible opportunity we have to live in a time when choices of good health are much easier to learn and live by.
