We are all part of something much larger a universe filled with micro matter spread across an eternity that we can only imagine. How can we ignore the millions of stars in the sky your body like mine are bastions of micro creatures some very positive and vital to life and other critical to the destruction of that life it’s the Ying and yang of eternity.
By focusing on good health we can prolong life and live it to the fullest; building your knowledge is the first step to that long series of events that we call life remember when you were young and it seems there were no limits to what you could do energy and a profound interest in the things around you from small universes and micro management your body was at its peak in your early years and as life progressed you began to see it slowdown. We start to feel the effects of the foods and choices we make early in life finding that we can either focus on staying youthful by proper choices or burn the candle at both ends.
The simple truths are we all make the choices once we grow up on how we will utilize our health weather through positive actions or the lack of. Building a strong base of knowledge to openly understand how best to support such choices there are examples of millions who after years of personal neglect of choose to try and bring back that health once taken for granted. We have all seen friends and loved ones pass away through long painful deterioration and others sudden but final shutdown of their life force.
We all come to a moment of choice: when we look at life and how we are faced with huge health concerns and must choose whether we decide to find the real knowledge and tools needed to grant our body longevity and continued health by choices made on what we eat and now we choose to dedicate our time and energy to health and wellness.
IT is tragic children and their very future are ignored since most schools care little about being a positive influence to their understanding of health and nutrition instead giving little concern to education on health and nutrition infact most children in today’s schools now have no idea what they are eating or how affects them and there life, bringing me to one key point if we don’t take the time to teach children about nutrition how can we hope they will survive the millions of poor choices that exist around them fast food is just that a meal that has so little to offer except for bulk to fill the body.
Children are lethargic and after school go home and sit on the couch watching videos they grow overweight and out of shape unable to do even the basic activities that require energy and the ability to perform at peak performance only those who are very active in sports or take a few hours several times a week to keep there body at peak levels of energy having such poor living tools today’s children are poorly prepared for the journey of life ahead. but we must find a way to teach them from the early age to develop good diet and healthy daily exercise so they can hope to have a long healthy life.
Formation of the skill to both understand the value of eating healthy food and staying away from sugar and other poisons that will destroy their amazing body’s before they have a chance to understand how such can affect them internally health is critical and we need our youth to grow up not only knowing what to eat and why but being able to support the future of their own health by developing a diet full and rich with the protein and nutrition they need to run at optimal levels of energy and cell regeneration, eating foods that are high in protein and not carbohydrates but even those choices require study and understanding what is going on inside there body.
Choices such as how much time you spend resting studying or physical exercise can and do affect what or how your body maintains itself. questions such as how many calories you should eat each day? what type of carbs or proteins are best for your body? how can we develop the routine so the sources we choose are able to provide the necessary energy we need to accomplish our goals and keep our body at peak health.
like a race car that is built to use NOS it becomes high performance and runs better with a much greater level of energy to fulfill expenditure needs efficiently. the examples of ho w our body’s do work well shows that during our youth we have a micro fusion engine able to absorb and distribute energy at the highest levels without worry its only later in life we find that our health and organs begin to show signs of wear and tear slipping down in maximum sustainability because things in our body’s work slower and require more time to accomplish those same things.
